Scotty J:

I was born and raised in Vancouver, and was learning Real Estate from a young age as my father was a top Realtor and developer in Vancouver for decades.

I decided to test my real estate credentials by heading south to California and Nevada in the early 1990's. I successfully designed, developed, and created everything from single family homes, multi-family homes, office space, and many commercial/retail shopping malls throughout the 1990's until now.  This extensive real estate experience has helped me gain an incredible amount of knowledge in every facet of the real estate industry.

I have a resume unlike anyone else I've ever met, as well as 19 years of successful, happy clients that have entrusted their real estate portfolios and endeavors to the counsel of Scotty J.

My Real Estate resume is as follows:

  • Bare Land Residential & Commercial Development - Canada & USA
  • Single and Multi-Family Development & Sales - Canada & USA
  • Retail, Office & Industrial Development & Sales - Canada & USA
  • Residential & Commercial Property Manager - Canada & USA
  • On-site Construction Superintendent - Canada & USA
  • Realtor - Canada & USA

Buyers:

Very STRONG negotiation skills, property selection counsel, and honest advice from a VERY experienced Realtor!

Sellers:

MLS Exposure, HD Wide Angle Video presentation, Aesthetic Arrangement, Negotiation(s), Virtual Tours, and as always, EXPERT Real Estate advice.

I offer years of PROVEN real estate success to each and every client. You will receive HONEST, REALISTIC advice from one of the most experienced Realtors in Alberta.  Absolute professionalism in real estate distinguishes Scotty J!

Piano:

I fell in love with the piano at the age of 5, and taught myself to play Jerry Lee Lewis style piano from then on.  I play the piano for fun on average about an hour a day at least.  For me, playing the piano not only relaxes me, but makes me happy.  What does the piano mean to me?  It is a part of me, a very large part of me......it's one of my passions.

If you want too, you are free to listen to some of my piano videos on YouTube.

Sincerely,

Scott Jackson (Scotty J)
